Vili Dice fitness 6/12/2021
Today in class it was there were just the year 5 that was in class.
Today we did Dice Fitness the Instructions there were two groups
one group of 4 and one group of 3 we had to get in our groups and
go to the court the way this worked was that The way you play
dice fitness is that everyone in your group has to roll the dice and
what whatever the number the dice lands on you have to do it.

1. Today I had to watch a video on how to do tuck jumps.
2. I then had to record myself for 20 seconds to see how many you can do With Aniseko & Jacob.
3. All of us had to do it once.I did 14 tuck Jumps

Vili How Many tuck Jumps can you do in 20 seconds
1. Today I had to watch a video on how to do tuck jumps.
2. I then had to record myself for 20 seconds to see how many you can do With Aniseko & Jacob.
3. All of us had to do it once.I did 12 tuck Jumps Jacob did 10 tuck Jumps and Aniseko the guy in the middle did 14 tuck Jumps.
